Massimo has a background in semi professional football prior to launching a career in the fitness industry. His own fitness interests are based on controlled strength and conditioning prioritising form and technique. These methods are passed onto his clients.
He has been a fitness professional for over 15 years as a personal trainer before launching Love Fitness Henley On Thames in 2018. Massimo has worked with clients with a wide range of fitness goals, experience levels and of all age ranges. By focusing on the fundamentals of resistance training he is able to work with clients for weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury recovery and sports specific goals.
For clients who are new to the gym environment and need motivation, Massimo likes to ensure that sessions are productive and gives you sense of achievement at the end of each session. A relationship with your personal must be a positive experience to help you stay consistent during your fitness journey.
