Welcome to your fully equipped gym with over 100 classes to suit members of all ages, levels of experience and ability. We have created a welcoming environment for the community of Henley to improve their health and well-being.

 

Your club consists of cardio machines, seated resistance equipment, free-weights, functional training rig and studio. Yoga, Pilates, Indoor Cycle, Boot Camp, Circuit Training, TRX, Kettlebells, Ab Attack plus many more classes are bookable via an online booking system or via your app!
